Around the Table – A Lunetta Trattoria Cooking Demonstration

Join Head Chef Will Moyle and the Lunetta Trattoria team for a live cooking demonstration in Commonwealth Park, brought to Floriade with the simple pleasures of Italian neighbourhood dining.

Home beneath the Red Hill landmark, Lunetta Trattoria celebrates the traditions of Italy — woodfire cooking, handmade pasta, seasonal ingredients and the joy of sharing food with family and friends around the table.

Inspired by Floriade’s Feast of Flowers, this relaxed demonstration celebrates honest Italian cooking and the beauty of creating delicious food with confidence at home.

Guests will leave with a Lunetta Trattoria recipe card, making it easy to recreate a little of the warmth, generosity and flavour of the trattoria in their own kitchen. Buon appetito!
