Discover the flavours of Lunetta in this exclusive live cooking demonstration, brought to Floriade by one of Canberra’s most celebrated dining destinations.
Home to a beautifully restored 1963 landmark atop Red Hill, Lunetta draws inspiration from modern Europe, where exceptional produce, refined technique and cooking over fire come together to create an unforgettable dining experience. For Floriade, the team brings a taste of that experience to Commonwealth Park.
Executive Chef Tristan Rebbettes will showcase a seasonal dish inspired by Floriade’s Feast of Flowers, offering an insight into the precision, creativity and craftsmanship behind Lunetta’s cuisine.
Guests will also receive a Lunetta recipe card to take home, bringing a little of the restaurant’s philosophy into their own kitchen.
