As the founding chef behind iconic venues like the Melbourne Wine Room, Sydney’s two-hatted Icebergs,
and St Kilda’s mr wolf, Karen has helped shape modern Australian dining for over three decades.
Well known as a trusted judge on My Kitchen Rules, a bestselling author, and the resident chef on Better Homes and Gardens for nearly two decades, Karen has been named a Melbourne Food & Wine Festival Legend.
