This spring, Underground Spirits invites you to step into The Underground Gin Garden: Hypersaturation! Feast—our boldest, brightest and most immersive Floriade experience yet.
Take your seat at the centre of the spectacle, where oversized botanicals, electric neon, glittering disco balls and cocktails collide in a joyful celebration of flavour, colour and imagination. Every corner has been designed to delight the senses, flooding the garden with vibrant energy and creating an experience that’s impossible to simply walk past.
At the heart of it all is our much-loved Cocktail High Tea. Gather your favourite people around the table and indulge in handcrafted cocktails served in teapots, spectacular spring treats and the unmistakable spectacle that has become a signature of The Underground Gin Garden. This is Floriade turned all the way up!
To complete the feast, we’ve partnered with Canberra favourite L’épi Artisan Bakery, bringing handcrafted French pastries and savoury delicacies into our maximalist botanical world. Every bite has been thoughtfully paired to complement our cocktails and celebrate the abundance of spring.

When: Three 90-minute sessions each day, 11:00am to 12:30pm, 1:00pm – 2:30pm and 3:00pm – 4:30pm

The experience is wheelchair accessible and located within Floriade’s accessible grounds. We can accommodate wheelchair seating and other seating preferences at our experience tables.
Guests are encouraged to note any access requirements, sensory sensitivities or requests for arrival assistance when booking. Mocktails from a Teapot are available, ensuring non-drinkers can enjoy the complete experience.
