We host one of Canberra’s most enchanting spring experiences – an immersive Cocktail High Tea, nestled in the heart of the Underground Spirits Gin Garden.
Enjoy 90 unhurried minutes at your Discovery Table with a Floriade Gin & Tonic on arrival. Teapots of exquisite cocktails, crafted with scientific precision and botanical flair, are quietly bold and served in teacups. Sweet and savoury delicacies from the artisans at L’epi Bakery are bite-sized, fragrant, and made for enjoying.
As a member of The Gin Garden Society, you’ll receive your own field paper for sketches and musings. This experience offers the perfect blend of flowers, flavour, and gin!
Book for two to eight guests or go all out with an entire table for eight with cocktails, tea treats, and a mini bottle of Floriade Gin for each guest. Pre-booking is essential – your seat in the garden awaits.
