Learn about the farming and irrigation of the Homestead, see the homes of workers past and find out who lived at ‘Bluebeard’s Cottage’ on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River.

You will see the southern hemisphere’s second largest water pumping windmill up close. Learn about Aboriginal places like the scar tree, the river corridor and hear about our ongoing wombat wellbeing program. Enjoy stunning views of the house and paddocks.

This is a 3.3km walking tour that features a few hills and occasional rough ground, wombat holes and high grass. Long trousers and suitable closed in shoes must be worn. Bring your own water bottle. A hat and sunscreen are recommended. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Reasonable fitness is required.
