Our beloved mascot Floyd has lost his family, and he needs your help to find them!
Join us in this year’s Find Floyd’s Family competition – a fun and engaging Floriade tradition. In the lead up to Floriade, everyone is invited to participate in a city-wide hunt for Floyd’s missing family members – small gnomes hidden in throughout Canberra.
As we celebrate Floriade’s 38th year in 2025, 38 gnomes are waiting to be discovered. Help Floyd bring his family back together and spread the magic of Floriade across the city!
The competition will run for five weeks, starting on Saturday 23 August, and concluding on Saturday 27 September. The winners will be announced on Wednesday 1 October 2025.
