Find Floyd’s Family Competition

Help Floyd Find His Family!

Our beloved mascot Floyd has lost his family, and he needs your help to find them!

Join us in this year’s Find Floyd’s Family competition – a fun and engaging Floriade tradition. In the lead up to Floriade, everyone is invited to participate in a city-wide hunt for Floyd’s missing family members – small gnomes hidden in throughout Canberra.

As we celebrate Floriade’s 37th year in 2024, 37 gnomes are waiting to be discovered. Help Floyd bring his family back together and spread the magic of Floriade across the city!

The competition will run for four weeks, starting on Tuesday, 27 August, and concluding on Friday, 20 September. The winners will be announced on Tuesday, 27 September.
