As part of the Floriade: About Town program, we invite you to don your robes, roll up your sleeves, and brew the Mood Bloom Potion.
Guided by one of Quizzic Alley’s esteemed Potions Masters, you’ll enter the bubbling lantern-lit classroom to craft a potion designed to capture your mood and bottle your memory. Will it sparkle with joy, shimmer with excitement, or glow with pure delight? Only you can decide. Choosing from a selection of scents and botanicals inspired by the festival of flowers, you’ll select the ingredients that speak most strongly to your spirit, blending and stirring until your unique potion comes alive.
The Mood Bloom is no ordinary concoction. When shaken, it shimmers, blooms, and dances with colour, a bewitching reminder of the feeling you carried with you at that very moment inside Quizzic Alley. Once bottled, you’ll take your potion home with you, a personal charm against gloom and a radiant keepsake of your magical day.
By the end, you’ll have more than a potion—you’ll have bottled a memory.

We’re inviting young witches and wizards to create their very own Mood Bloom Potion, a personalized elixir crafted to reflect the emotions of its maker.
The Mood Bloom Potion is more than just a craft; it’s a transformative experience. Each participant will receive a bottle to fill with fragrant, scented water, delicate dried botanicals, and a shimmering dust of crushed pixie magic. But here’s the twist—the potion is powered by you. Your unique mood and energy will shape the potion’s colour, aroma, and texture, making each elixir a one-of-a-kind creation.
Whether you’re brewing in the light of joy, excitement, or even a little sadness, the potion’s magic will channel those feelings into a gentle alchemy, leaving you with a renewed sense of calm, joy, and positivity. The best part? You’ll take home your potion to continue its enchanting effects beyond the workshop and receive a scrumptious QBrew to enjoy after your class.
