For this year’s Floriade: About Town, Highroad is celebrating the season of renewal with a special activation designed to capture the vibrancy of spring. We’ll be unveiling a collection of unique specialty drinks that are as colourful and refreshing as the season itself—crafted to burst with bright, floral and fruity flavours that evoke the energy of springtime in Canberra. Think creative pairings, eye-catching garnishes, and flavour combinations you won’t find anywhere else.

Alongside our drinks, we’re also introducing a series of spring-inspired dishes to our new seasonal menu. These dishes highlight fresh, local produce at its peak, designed to be light, vibrant, and full of flavour. From reimagined café favourites to innovative new plates, each dish is a reflection of spring’s abundance and creativity.

By day, we serve up vibrant breakfasts and lunches made with fresh, seasonal ingredients, alongside specialty coffee that Canberra is famous for. By night, Highroad transforms into a relaxed dining space, offering a European-inspired dinner menu, share plates, cocktails, and a curated wine list.
