Join us for a flower arranging workshop lead by Gracias Flower Studio at Such and Such restaurant. Sweets will be provided by Such and Such along with local wine by Vino Friendo.
This workshop will be a fun and casual introduction to floral arranging into a vase with fresh and seasonal flowers. You will get to take your beautiful arrangement and vase home with you.
Everything you need will be provided, including a glass of vino. You are welcome to purchase more wine throughout the event.
In the first year of opening Such and Such received one hat and the award for Best New Restaurant in the 2023 Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide Awards. It is the second restaurant by Malcolm Hanslow, Dash Rumble and Ross Mcquinn who opened fine diner Pilot in 2018. Such and Such is a bright, fun all day venue for any occasion hosting a range of events in addition to their regular services including food, wine and the arts.
Gracias Flower Studio opened in May of this year in Fyshwick. Grace moved from the world of hospitality to floristry during covid and never looked back. She describes her style as on the minimal side with pops of colour and a love for negative space.
Collaboration across industries and mediums are a focus for these two teams and they are excited to bring to you two workshops in September.
Flowers and Vino for Floriade

Everyone will receive a glass of wine on arrival by Vino Friendo and a little sweet snack from Such and Such then be led through a flower making workshop by Grace of Gracias flowers.

Such and Such
Such and Such is our funky second home in the Canberra city. There’s a bunch of different menus to suit any occasion from a casual lunch to a celebratory dinner. We are located next to the Canberra Theatre and Legislative Assembly in Constitution Place. You can book online or walk in as we always hold space for the spontaneous.
Like the food menu our cocktails, nons, and wines by the glass list are a representation of our favourite seasonal beverages.
If you are keen on drinking a bottle you can select from the 500+ bottle list featuring our favourite producers from near and far with styles ranging from wacky and wild to restrained and elegant.
We also offer happy hour specials from 3pm to 5pm AND 8:30pm to 10:30pm.
