This spring, Midnight Bar will be reimagined as The Springtime Gin Garden – a floral, light-filled celebration of Floriade 2025. In collaboration with Canberra’s own Underground Spirits, the activation brings this year’s festival theme, Science and Nature, to life through a sensory journey of botanicals, colour, and flavour.
Inside, abundant blooms and golden light set the scene for connection, conversation, and striking spring content. At its heart is The Springtime Gin Garden Experience – a curated $30 per person package that includes a signature colour-changing cocktail, blending botanical science with visual magic, alongside an antipasto board to share.
Guests can also enjoy a limited-edition cocktail menu, cocktail teapots, and Underground Spirits gin tastings available throughout the Floriade season.
