Our bartenders have created two limited-edition cocktails to toast the season. The Spring Delight pairs Alizé and vodka with fresh lime for a bright, zesty finish, while the Berry Bliss blends Chambord, vodka, and pineapple juice into a fruity, refreshing sip that feels like spring in a glass.

To accompany, our chefs have crafted a signature Floriade Dessert: a silky whipped vanilla and white chocolate mousse, topped with blueberries and finished with candied violets. Light, elegant, and floral, it’s a sweet celebration of the season.
