Floriade Spring Set Menu at Lerida Estate transforms our vineyard restaurant into a seasonal bloom of flavours and floral inspiration. Available as a 3 or 4 course experience, it opens with our Signature Floriade Opening Dish—a bright, flower‑inspired amuse-bouche designed to awaken the palate. A spring‑produce entrée (in the 4‑course) and a vibrant local‑produce main follow, leading to a playful, indulgent Floriade Dessert embracing floral and fruit notes.
Complementing the menu is our Signature Floriade Cocktail Selection, including a sparkling Hibiscus‑Prosecco where delicate hibiscus flowers unfurl in glass—perfectly capturing spring’s effervescent spirit.
This activation celebrates the very essence of Floriade About Town—fresh local produce, flowers, and tasting experiences that bloom beyond the garden and into the heart of dining.

Their Glenn Murcutt‑designed cellar door offers panoramic views, warm hospitality, and a restaurant housed by their barrel room that complements award‑winning wines with seasonal, locally inspired fare.
