Craft + Design Canberra is the leading voice for contemporary craft and design in Australia’s capital, dedicated to celebrating, promoting, and supporting local artists, makers, and designers. Established to foster a vibrant creative community, we champion the excellence and diversity of handmade practice through exhibitions, retail opportunities, events, workshops, and professional development programs.
Our city centre gallery and shop showcase a curated selection of jewellery, ceramics, textiles, furniture, and mixed media works by the Canberra regions most talented creatives. Beyond our physical space, we collaborate with cultural partners, government, and the wider design sector to bring bold and innovative projects to life, whether through large scale exhibitions, seasonal markets, or public art activations.
