Atrium Restaurant & Bar is celebrating the beauty of spring with a colourful trio of floral-inspired cocktails, available throughout September and October for just $18 each.

Guests can sip their way through the flavours of the garden with our Hibiscus Margarita, a vibrant twist on a classic, finished with a candied rim and delicate edible flower. The Elderflower Tea blends Japanese whisky, yuzu, and green tea syrup for a refreshing and aromatic serve, while the Floral Fresco combines rum, rose, and blueberries, garnished with a fragrant spear of lavender.

Our light-filled Atrium Bar, surrounded by greenery, provides the perfect backdrop to enjoy these limited-edition creations with friends and family before or after exploring Floriade.

For those wishing to extend the experience, Pavilion on Northbourne is also offering a special Floriade Accommodation Picnic Package, combining a Canberra getaway with a garden-inspired picnic to enjoy at your leisure.
