Meet the chef behind one of Canberra’s most celebrated dining destinations and discover Hao’s Canberra – a beautifully crafted book that blends signature RAKU recipes with the stories of 30 inspiring Canberrans.
Come along to chat with Hao, hear a little of the story behind the book and Canberra’s vibrant food scene, and have your copy personally signed. Visitors can pre-order books through CRVC and everyone who registers will go into the draw to win a RAKU dining experience.
