Learn to arrange seasonal flowers grown at Majura Valley Farm with Spiral Botanicals, our florist-in-residence. In this 90-minute hands-on class, you will create a hand-tied bouquet using flowers, foliage and fruit picked fresh from the farm. Spiral Botanicals works only with locally grown, seasonal flowers and focuses on creative, contemporary design using sustainable, foam-free materials. Their Canberra classes sell out regularly. Tickets are $120 per person all-inclusive. Pre-registration required.
