TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

NightFest Social Media Competition

How to enter 

1. The entrant must comment on the competition post and tag a friend they would like to take to NightFest. 

2. The entrant must ensure their Instagram profile is public so the entry can be verified. 

3. Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must involve different tags (i.e., no tagging the same person multiple times in one post).  

4. Each tag must be a valid, personal Instagram profile (i.e., no business accounts, celebrities, or other public figures). 

Who can enter 

• Must be over 18 years old. 

• Must be an Australian resident. 

• You must not be directly affiliated with Events ACT or be a family member of an Events ACT employee. 

Conditions of entry

• By entering this competition, you agree for Events ACT to use your Instagram profile name in the announcement of the winner on social media.  

• The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.  

• The prize must be used over the four nights of NightFest (1-4 October 2026), and the winner must nominate a day to claim the prize. 

Prize

2x NightFest tickets and $150 Food and Beverage Voucher.

Competition dates 

• Start: Saturday 26 September 2026

• Close: 11:59pm, Tuesday 29 September 2026

• Draw: 10am, Wednesday 30 September 2026

Method for determining the competition winner

The winner will be selected at random using the online random selection tool such as Comment Picker (https://www.commentpicker.com/).  

Notification of winners 

The winner will be notified via DM on Instagram from the @floriade_australia profile.  

Redraw 

If a prize is not claimed within 24 hours of the winner being notified, the prize will be redrawn.
