In this gentle Floriade Fitness session with Nikole, you’ll progress through a range of full-body mobility work.
Mobility work is great for all bodies and helps improve joint flexibility and function. So if you exercise regularly, or are looking to commencing regular workouts with a renewal this spring, this session will help you get the most out of your training.
All you need is a mat or a soft surface to work on, a band or towel and something you can hold for a lightweight (can of food/water bottle/etc).
Nikole is a personal trainer in Canberra and Queanbeyan and is passionate about helping people become healthier, fitter and happier versions of themselves.
Her love of an active lifestyle began with ballet classes at the age of 3 and she hasn’t stopped since! Nikole grew up as a dancer moving into musical theatre in her 20s, both as a performer and choreographer.
In her early 20s, she turned to running and then got herself a personal trainer to develop strength and build a more resilient, injury-free body. She has become a keen fun runner, mostly in the 10km field, but is going for her second half marathon soon, and has dabbled in triathlons.
Nikole runs her business Intelligent Lifestyle from Club Lime in Kingston and Queanbeyan and also offers personalised training online.
“I believe that we are all capable of more than we think we are. But we are all different with our own strengths, weaknesses and limitations. I will help identify these for you and we will work together to reach your full potential.”
