Chef, television personality and author Justine Schofield will join us at Floriade, sharing her approach to fresh, seasonal cooking through a series of live appearances.
Justine is a familiar well-respected face of the Australian food and media industry who combines her two passions: travel and food. Justine appeared in MasterChef in 2009, and now hosts her daily food show, ‘Everyday Gourmet’ on Network Ten, currently in its 14th season with over 1200 episodes. Her knack for simplifying classic dishes for the time-poor home cook has made it very popular with viewers. Justine also hosts a cooking and travel series, and has released five successful cookbooks.
