Proud Bundjalung woman, native food chef and owner of Karkalla on Country, Mindy is a cultural ambassador, sharing the ancient wisdom and vibrant flavours of Indigenous Australian cuisine.
Her journey is inspiring: a MasterChef Australia finalist (2012, fan favourite 2022), former CEO of Lotus Dining Group, and now the celebrated owner of Karkalla on Country – a culinary & cultural experience nestled on her ancestral land.
