This beginner-friendly masterclass is for matcha lovers who want to learn how to make better matcha at home. Over one hour, Teddy’s Matcha shares the story behind the business, how to choose a quality matcha, and what makes one different from another.
Guests will get hands-on making an iced matcha latte together — covering preparation techniques, whisking methods, ratios, and flavour pairings using Teddy’s house made syrups, including a special floral syrup created for Floriade.
Every guest takes home a complete matcha kit: bowl, whisk, whisk holder, bamboo spoon and sifter.

Tickets & Prices: This is a paid workshop. Each ticket costs $110, plus a booking fee. Each ticket includes a take home matcha kit.
