Shiraz Blending with Winemaker Jacob Law

Two intimate 90-minute sessions (up to 20 guests per session) where participants step into the role of winemaker.

Guided through a hands-on blending workshop, with winemaker Jacob Law, guests will experiment with a selection of aged and contemporary oak-influenced wine samples to craft their own signature blend.

Once perfected, they’ll bottle, label, and take home their bespoke creation as a memorable keepsake of the experience.
