Dana Hassall

Growing up on an alpaca farm in country Queensland gave Dana Hassall the perfect kind of isolation to dive into her creativity, kickstarting an over 25-year music career (and counting). Her debut album Spinning Wheels, produced by multi–Golden Guitar Award winner Matt Fell, showcases her rich, earthy vocals and evocative songwriting.

Blending Americana, roots, folk, and country influences, Dana crafts music with a timeless quality that resonates deeply. Now Canberra-based, her authentic songwriting delivers poignant life lessons and keen observations, making her a standout voice in the alt-country and folk scenes. Dana’s music is a cup of tea for the soul – with a shot of whisky.
