Experience a vibrant celebration of Chinese culture as the ACT Chinese Australian Association brings together four of its established performing groups for a dynamic one hour showcase.

Featuring more than 60 performers, this program blends traditional music, expressive folk singing, and a colourful array of classical Chinese dance forms. Audiences will be captivated by elegant sword, fan, and umbrella dances, alongside beautifully choreographed folk pieces performed by both senior and advanced ensembles. The Senior Choir presents beloved Chinese folk songs, while the Digital Musical Band adds a contemporary community sound shaped by active senior musicians.

A long-standing favourite at Floriade, the Association’s performers bring warmth, colour, and cultural richness to the festival stage, inviting audiences of all ages to enjoy an uplifting and authentic multicultural experience.
