Flow yoga is a style of yoga that combines movement with breath, in fluid sequences. Based on the ancient tradition of Hatha Yoga and the teachings of Krishnamacharya (Indian yoga teacher, ayurvedic healer and scholar), it is like a dance at times, helping us to direct energy (prana) to specific areas of the mind and body.
The yoga session is healing, non-judgemental and inclusive of all ages and fitness levels. It allows you to be completely yourself, helping you to re-discover the ways to move through life.
Hatha Flow Yoga Class suitable for all levels. Free for all to attend but be sure to register in order to secure your spot as sessions will fill fast.
Please bring along your own yoga mat for class, and wear comfortable clothing suitable for exercise such as leggings or tracksuit pants, singlet or jumper.
A limited number of spare yoga mats will also be available if you need to borrow one.
