To celebrate the change of season and Floriade About Town, Pollen has a new cocktail!

It’s our Bloom Cotton Candy Sour featuring pink gin and fairy floss! For a touch of the playful, we’ll deliver it to your table for you to choose your own cocktail blend for your own ideal sweetness.

It’s the perfect accompaniment to our prawn rolls; the umami notes of the dill mayo are a delight with the sweet and sour cocktail.

The same can be said for the zucchini fritters; these herby balls with a salad of crunchy noodles and mint yoghurt balance beautifully with the gin.

This spring cocktail special is only on the menu until the end of September, so be sure to book in and come and see us. We’ll have your cocktail waiting!
