Highroad is proud to participate in Floriade About Town 2024, celebrating the Art in Bloom theme with two of our own artistic creations – Floriade latte art and Korean flower pancakes (hwajeon).

At Highroad we express our creativity every day through our world class latte art, headlined by our competition winning Head Barista – Denil Maharjan.

For Floriade About Town, Denil has created a unique one-off floral coffee design for visitors to Canberra.

From the kitchen, our Head Chef Cho, will recreate traditional Korean rice pancakes pressed with fresh flowers as his offering.

Visually unique and pleasing, both of these Floriade About Town specials are sure to be hits on social media and the taste buds.

Highroad is an all day dining room located in Dickson, in the inner north of Canberra.

We want Highroad to be a home away from home. Here our community can relax and enjoy world-class ONA coffee, modern Australian cuisine with French techniques and Canberra region wine.

In a beautiful space designed to reflect the raw and refined materials of Canberra’s landscape, we are proud to promote the local region – its produce and its people.
